RSVP’s are now open for the Fall 2025 General Membership Meeting.

IMPORTANT CHANGE! We are excited to try new functionality through our website and smartphone app that allows MSU to electronically sign-in members to record attendance instead of manually passing around the paper sign-in sheets.  When you RSVP, you will receive an email confirming your attendance that has a QR code on it.

Please take that to the meeting (either in paper form or electronically on your smartphone) for us to scan.  If you don’t receive the email with the RSVP ticket, look in MacEwan’s email quarantine or your junk folder.

Note: you will need to log into the website to RSVP for the General Meeting.  Additionally, please bring your union membership card to the meeting to ensure that you vote!
