Reporting Form 

An online reporting tool is in place to assist the university in responding appropriately when a person who has been on campus has experienced COVID-19 like symptoms, has been confirmed as a positive case or is self-isolating as per the Chief Medical Officer’s orders. Get additional details or access the reporting form here


Questions regarding reporting can be emailed to H**@**cewan.ca with the subject line Reporting. 
 
Time Coding Related to Illness or Exposure 

If you have any symptoms of illness or have been exposed to a positive case of Covid-19, do not come to work. Contact your manager or supervisor. There are specific time codes for you to use in relation to Covid to ensure your income is not affected. If you still have questions after speaking with your manager, please contact HR or MSA.

Guidelines for Working on Campus 

  1. Stay at home  
  2. Notify your supervisor or manager 
  3. Complete the university’s COVID-19 reporting form  
  4. Complete the AHS self assessment or call 811 for screening and testing  
  5. Get tested as directed by AHS
