- Please contact the MSA office if you have difficulty logging into the website. If you are currently employed in the MSA bargaining unit, your password will be either the MSA Membership number from your MSA Membership card (if you signed an MSA Membership application), or if you have not signed a Membership application, your password should be your initials, followed by a dash, followed by the last three numbers of your employee ID#.
